Currently, I am a second year PhD student in the University of Tokyo, Suga lab. Born and grew up in Taiwan, I am having my higher education in Tokyo, Japan since my third year undergraduate study. My research focus on the identification of macrocyclic peptides via RaPID (Random nonstandard Peptides Integrated Discovery) system as potential immune checkpoint inhibitor. Also, I am working on protein engineering for Lasso-grafting which inserts the peptide sequence derived from RaPID into the loop region of protein scaffold.
